100 Redfern Smiles

A family run practice

To find out about our credentials, please scroll below. Here's a bit about our family:

Charbel and Dilara first met at university when they were doing their first degrees in Science. Dilara mistakingly named Charbel ‘George’ (she thought he was someone else!). After a bit of awkwardness, and years of avoiding each other…they met again in dentistry and sparks were lit. From then on, they were inseparable -  sharing a love of the dental profession and all things teeth! A year after they graduated, Charbel popped the question at the beautiful Great Ocean Road, and after asking him to repeat himself (because it was raining and she couldn’t hear him over the rain), Dilara said yes!

Charbel had been working in the beautiful far South Coast town of Bega (where the cheese is made) for a number of years. Dilara joined him later on in Narooma and they thoroughly enjoyed their time working and relaxing in the beautiful far South Coast of NSW. They still keep in touch with their friends and colleagues and love talking about their experiences there.

It was about the time Dilara was expecting their first baby that Charbel and Dilara decided they wanted to be closer to their families and to come back to the area in which they had first met. Only a stone-throw away from the chapel in which they wed, and the university lecture theatre in which they met, they came across the beautiful orange terrace that is 100 Redfern Smiles. A local family run practice, with friendly Goran wanting to take more time away from the profession - it seemed like the perfect fit. And the rest, they say, is history…
